It is Friday night and you are going to work wondering  what you would wear to a friend’s party after the close of work, considering  the crazy traffic and having to go home and change clothes for  the party. Ladies, there are  1 or 2 things you need to know about making a quick change from office to that party look without any hassle at all.Accessories   in this context can range from makeup, jewellery, outfit,  and shoes.

Accessories are every girl’s best friend, and can take an outfit from 0 to a 100 in no time. Accessories lightens up an outfit and can also make an outfit look dull, depending on where you are going  and what look you are going for. Every occasion has a look that goes along with it, it is good notto be totally off from the theme of the event.  There are staple pieces one can wear to the office, conference,  party, dinner, wedding,  which most people tend to know  about, but  it will look awkward  to wear  the wrong pierce for the wrong event.

EYE LINER-  The eyeliner is an  amazing  handy tool  when it comes  to switching from office to the dance floor.  Most people wear eyeliner to work  but usually worn lightly.  Taking it a notch higher to the party look will mean an intense eyeliner look that will bring out the eyes more and create a lively look.

BODY CON DRESS-  This is one easy and sexy way to  appear at a party and look bomb.  A lady who works in a co-operate  firm can wear a body con dress with a jacket on top, and take it off before hitting the dance floor.   You  do not have to worry  about where to get a party dress some streets down the road from work or inconveniencing yourself by changing cloths. The body con dress has a way of bringing out the curves and giving an instant transformation  from  office to dance floor look. Since it is a party look, opting for colours like red, pink, black or orange  or multi-coloured will definitely spice up the mood.



PURSE (clutch) - This accessory is solely based on preference and the kind of party you are going to.  Watch your big handbag turn to a mini cute and classy clutch. You do not want to be addressed as an old lady, so what other way to turn that outfit around by stepping into that party with your clutch purse. Clutches come in different styles, shapes and colours, this will probably be selected according to preference.

BIG BRACELETS- This can be used or not, but for that total transformation, it is important to go all the way. Bracelets  are  ornaments worn on the wrist, for  the party ones they are usually big, colourful and catchy. After putting the whole outfit together, what other way to cause a stare other than an arm candy.

HOOP EARINGS- Thisare one of the best party earrings a girl can ask for especially to the club or to a birthday bash. Put a pair in your work bag, and make a quick change in your car before stepping into the venue. It comes mostly in gold and silver types, and is one that automatically changes an outfit yet not too dramatic.  It is always a good idea for a girl to have a pair or 2 of this accessory  in their wardrobe.

HEELS- This is unarguably the best type of shoes that fit the party scene. I mean who wears flats to a party?  Heels will give you that height, carriage and confidence, while  letting people know you are about to get the party started. Keep a pair of heels in your car, and switch from low heel to high heels after work.  For people who are not too good with heels can do wedges or semi high heel shoes. Whatever rocks your boat, make sure it elongates your legs and flatters the  outfit.

RED LIPSTICK- How can we forget the almighty Red Lipstick? It was a trend, still a trend and will forever be known as the hottest lip colour  that turns an outfit from 0 to 100 in no time. It lights up the face with little or no makeup. It screams party and liveliness. Place one in your car or work bag. Splash it on when you are about to enter the venue.   You will have no choice than to be noticed and admired.

It is not a difficult task to switch cloths from the office to the party scene. With few items and paying attention to details it is super easy. There really isn’t any excuse of you not being able to hang out with your friends after work. Most importantly, after a sweaty and tired day at work, don’t forget to put some makeup on,freshen up by chewing a mint and  spraying your favourite perfume to finish up the look.
