1  What are your full names?
Kome Nelson Agose 

2. When were you born and what state are you from?
89 and I'm from delta state 

3. Please tell us a bit about your educational background?
I studied economics at the University of Illinois.

4. What inspired you to go into business?
The massive need for skill development, mentorship and jobs opportunities that I observed in Nigeria, especially among the undergraduates and fresh graduates. My core competence is in training and development and i went into it because I discovered I had a natural talent for it
and was good at it.

5. Tell us a bit about your Agricultural business and PCL Nigeria?
The Agricultural business is Daniel's vegetables, we grow and sell high quality vegetables to restaurants, supermarkets and individuals. At PCL Nigeria we offer business consulting, corporate training solutions and coaching.

6. What advice do you have for people that want to loose weight and stay healthy especially with how busy the world is?
My simple advice is prioritize your body. Because without your body you will have nothing to be busy about. I have book I am releasing in March that talks about how to experience life to the full through prioritizing your mind and our body.

7. What are your views to achieving good mental health?
Realizing that as an adult you have to take responsibility for your mental health and also realizing that without a stable mind, you cannot experience life to the full. This should inspire you to prioritize taking care of your mind and the answers will come to you naturally once you do that.

8. What are your hobbies?
Reading, being outdoors, exercise, playing sports and hanging out with friends.

9. Do you consider yourself and Introvert or Extrovert?
I'm an ambivert

10. What is your skincare regime?
Self love, gratitude, trust, sunshine, water, black soap, Shea butter and coconut oil.   

11. What advice would you give to your younger self?
Slow down and worry less about other people's opinion

12. What advice would you give young people trying to do business or achieve their goal?
Slow down and take life one step at a time. Do not try to skip stages and the magic is in the process not the end goal.
